Established on June 1,the mission of the Louisville Fire Department is to protect the lives and property of the citizens we serve in this community. Through the years, the Department’s delivery of services has grown to include prevention of fires and injuries, response to emergencies including hazardous materials and specialized rescue responses, and environmental.
